Subdivisions

Seaview Kaikoura's, Hastings St, Kaikoura- 168 lots on complex terrain, construction value approx. $4M.
Forest Park View, South Blenheim - Marlborough District Council subdivision, over 200 lots.
Other subdivisions: Blenheim, Picton, Kaikoura, Marlborough Sounds.

Remote sites

Many sites throughout our coverage area are investigated and reported on each year, covering land stability, foundations, earthworks, wastewater and stormwater management, water supply and access in a comprehensive report.

Marine structures

Approximately 20 marine structure projects are underway at any one time throughout the Marlborough Sounds, including fixed and floating jetties, boatsheds, slipways, moorings and coastal protection works. Includes inspection and consenting for existing structures.
